CHOOKY was created by Eon, our founder and chef, as a way to bring together the things he loves most: generous food, shared tables and a good reason to gather. Supper Clubs are at the heart of what we do, alongside private dining, celebrations and special events made with the same warmth and personal touch.
Every Evening Has a Story
Each CHOOKY Supper Club begins with a theme that means something to Eon — a place he loves, a memory, a journey or simply a feeling he wants to share. From there, he creates an evening that feels intimate, joyful and entirely its own.
Unique Themed Menus
Eon’s menus are inspired by the places, memories and flavours he loves. The food and theme develop together, with dishes chosen simply because they feel delicious, generous and right for the evening. It’s thoughtful but unfussy food, made to be shared and enjoyed.
Food Tastes Better Together
CHOOKY mixes beautifully plated courses with generous dishes served for the table to share. The experience is relaxed and unforced, giving people the chance to talk, connect and enjoy the pleasure of eating together — whether they arrive as friends or meet for the first time.
The Sound of the Evening
Music is part of the atmosphere, not an interruption to it. CHOOKY works with talented local artists to bring each evening to life, creating a soundtrack that complements the food, the theme and the people around the table.
Always Leave Room for Cake
Eon’s Burnt Basque Cheesecake is a CHOOKY favourite, often appearing on Supper Club menus and available to order for your own table. Orange and olive oil cake comes a close second, but Eon is always happy to hear the story behind a special request.
